Hello again. Back to getting in shape.
Yesterday's post is absent due to technical difficulties and me being very very tired. So I slipped, I hope it does not happen again.
So to catch up,
Yesterday:
Morning: no exercise )-:
Evening: half-assed leg exercises again, and a few sit ups.
Food:
Well let me see if I can remenber....
-Instant Oatmeal
-Bag of microwave popcorn, TJ's (Trader Joe's) 94% fat free
-Salad for lunch, but it had eggplant and mozzarella cheese in it
-Have to confess did a double pass at Wholefoods with the free samples of very yummy cheese and also the trail mix display.
* By the way, found out that yesterday was National Trail Mix Day. I did not know we had holidays for food! Its true, you can look it up. And also, I recommend Wholefoods cherry chocolate trail mix, very yummy! *
Dinner... well I stopped at Chipotle for a vegan salad with a side of tortillia chips.
Again confession... I have been cheating with having a bit of TJ's Magic Moo Chocolate Sauce here and there. I can't help it. It is in my refridgerator and I like chocolate!
OK, today! Did much better...with the exercise at least.
Morning: Some squats and lunges.
Evening: Hour hike in Valley Forge. (-: Love going there. Hiked hilly trail, one of my favorites!
Arm exercises, as well as leg/arm stretches.
Food:
Oatmeal with chopped up prunes

This has got to be the most amazing granola I have ever had. It is fresh, vegan, and all raw. Awesome, awesome stuff and available at Wholefoods.
Lunch was a wonderful veggie pita wrap from the Wayne farmers market on Rt. 30.
Dinner... well some sweet potato fries and a nectarine. Yes, I know I seriously need to do some real food shopping and plan out my meals better. Working on it, I swear.
